The ideal candidate will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs (staff and contractual radiologists)
Develop and execute HR strategies with the ED
Ensuring compliance with HR policies
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system
PGDM/MBA in HR with 2 years' experience (preferably in healthcare or tele-radiology)
- Excellent communication & knowledge of HR functions
- Self-motivated and positive knowledge of Excel and PPT
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment, onboarding, and Employee Relations
- Noida Office
