Design and deliver engaging training sessions to help our partners and users confidently work with our software.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver product training sessions for users (in-person and virtual).
Create clear training materials and instructional guides.
Identify training gaps and update content accordingly.
Manage training schedules, logistics, and maintain records.
Troubleshoot basic user issues during sessions and escalate when needed.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve future trainings.
Communicate client requirements internally and ensure alignment.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in product training, event management, or demo/crowd handling.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi or other regional languages is a plus).
- Confident in presenting to groups and managing large training sessions.
- Willingness to travel frequently for in office training (mandatory).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and MS Excel.

Preferred
~ Familiarity with the FMCG or retail industry is a strong advantage
