The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines to support hiring across APAC. This role will proactively identify and engage niche technical and commercial talent across multiple markets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical business roles.

This position plays an important role in strengthening Talent Acquisition outcomes by accelerating time-to-fill, improving candidate quality, and enabling recruiters to focus on stakeholder engagement and hiring decisions.

Develop targeted talent pipelines for roles including:

Installation & Maintenance Mechanics

Project Engineers and other field-based technical roles

Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Avature, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and proactive market mapping.

Conduct initial screening conversations to assess experience, technical fit, and interest level.

Maintain consistent candidate engagement to improve experience and reduce drop-offs.

Market Intelligence & Insights

Provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and hiring challenges across APAC markets.

Contribute to hiring forecasts, pipeline tracking, and demand planning activities.

Ensure consistency and quality in sourcing practices across markets.

Qualifications & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or field services.
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional hiring across APAC.
- Proven ability to source niche and technical talent across multiple roles.

Strong expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing techniques.
