We are growing our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Chat Support division. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in real-time customer interactions , providing prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance through online chat platforms.

Engage with customers via web chat and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide service information.
Work during the night shift hours to support our global customer base.
Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness during the night hours.
Collaborate with customers across various chat platforms to deliver consistent and effective support.




Develop a deep understanding of our services to provide detailed and relevant information to customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
Prior experience in handling U.S. and Canadian customer support, including voice and chat processes, is a must.
Must have 2-3 years of previous experience in customer service , with a focus on chat support.
Ability to work during the night shift hours, including weekends.
Should have working knowledge of the Freshchat platform, or Live Chat or Zendesk or Intercom or Freshdesk
Must have proficiency in written English.
