Our team delivers real-time, resolution-focused conversations to users across e-commerce, SaaS, and FinTech — operating from state-of-the-art on-site centers with a culture built on speed, clarity, and customer-first thinking.

Role & Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with speed, accuracy, and empathy — resolving issues in 1-2 messages where possible.
Document all interactions in CRM systems, flagging escalations and recurring pain points for process improvement.
Follow brand voice and compliance guidelines while adapting tone to customer sentiment and issue severity.
Collaborate with team leads to optimize response templates, reduce resolution time, and improve CSAT scores.
Complete daily performance targets for chat volume, first-response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Participate in weekly training modules on product updates,



compliance protocols, and AI-assisted chat tools.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Chat support experience on Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
Proficiency in English (written & spoken) with clear diction and grammar
Basic CRM navigation (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Ability to multitask across 3–5 concurrent chat sessions
Experience handling billing, product, or technical queries
Preferred
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
Previous exposure to AI chatbot handoff workflows
Cross-cultural communication experience (US/EU/ANZ timezones)
