Role Summary: The Sales Executive will drive loan file sourcing directly from the open market — engaging builders, brokers, connectors, and direct customers — and will be responsible for end-to-end customer file completion, property verification for secured loans, and achieving assigned disbursement targets.
Fee Collection Ensure login fees and other related fees are collected from customers via QR code into the company account
Strong field sales and networking ability in the open market
- Good communication and relationship-building skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable with daily field travel and site visits
● Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Prior field sales/DSA/loan sourcing experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in loan sourcing, field sales, or a similar market-facing role
