What You'll Lead:
HR Strategy & Planning across hiring, performance, L&D;, and retention
People Operations: onboarding, exits, compensation, grievance handling
Culture & Engagement: DEI, pulse checks, recognition, attrition control
Compliance & Governance: labor laws, audits, vendor management
Team Mentorship: guide HR Managers, Talent Specialists, and junior HRs

Who We're Looking For:

- 7–10 years in HR with experience scaling teams and processes




- Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in HR operations
- Explicit communicator, trusted advisor, and cultural barometer
- Bonus if you've led org design, coaching, or change initiatives in fast-paced environments
