To lead and strengthen Style Baazar's Talent & Organizational Development initiatives, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding. The role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent while ensuring alignment of people strategies with the organization's business objectives.

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring for all corporate functions.
Design, update, and implement effective recruiting strategies and policies.
Drive the Annual Manpower Planning process in collaboration with departmental heads.
Design, implement, and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS).
Facilitate goal setting, appraisal discussions, and talent reviews with HODs.
Identify high-potential employees and plan development interventions to nurture them.




Collaborate with leadership to design and execute learning & development initiatives.
Drive change management and capability-building programs.
Conceptualize and promote employer branding strategies.
Support internal communication and recognition initiatives to enhance the workplace culture.

Graduate in any discipline with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development functions, preferably in the Apparel Retail industry.
