Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing instructional materials, developing curriculums, and managing learning systems. They will create engaging and effective training programs, courses, and learning content tailored to diverse audiences and organizational goals. Proficiency in Needs Analysis and the ability to identify and address training needs
Strong skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
Experience in Training & Development and implementing effective learning strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to apply them to training design
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field
