This is a full time on-site role for a Co-Founder based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include overseeing business development, managing operations, fostering partnerships, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, and leading research projects to continuously innovate and adapt to the needs of the community.

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies
Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to drive customer acquisition
Previous experience in a leadership or co-founding role is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
