Maintain explicit candidate records and pipeline tracking in Excel/Google Sheets
Help optimize recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
Provide ad hoc support for recruiting operations by assisting with various hiring tasks as needed.
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including experience hiring for technical and product roles.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms for proactive sourcing.
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets, Excel, and G Suite tools.
