About the Role We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the endtoend strategy, delivery, and scale of an inhouse Centralized Payment Testing Platform. You will define the product vision, partner with Platform/Payments Engineering to build core capabilities from the ground up, sunset fragmented internal tools, and launch a secure, scalable, whitelabelled testing experience for internal stakeholders and enterprise clients.
You will collaborate with Product, Operations, SMEs, Engineering, SRE, Security, Data, Sales, and Client Success to deliver a seamless developer and client experience across payment authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute flows.
Define the longterm vision, strategy, and roadmap for an internally built testing platform aligned to company objectives and payment domain needs.
Requirements and experience design

Partner with Platform/Payments Engineering to shape platform architecture, APIs and SDKs, data models, and environment strategy (multitenant, staging, sandbox, simulators).
Prioritize foundational capabilities: protocol simulators (ISO 8583/ISO 20022),



EMV, tokenization, digital wallets, 3DS, network issuer acquirer emulation, data replay, and automation.
define parity thresholds, dualrun pilots, data integrity checks, and a staged deprecation plan.
Deliver selfserve migration tooling, training, and change communications.
Define branding, theming, tenant isolation, usage metering, audit trails, and customization to support clientfacing, whitelabel deployments.

Run a disciplined backlog, quarterly planning, and a hybrid delivery model (Agile with milestone gates) across multiple squads, manage dependencies with Infra, Security, and Data.
Observability, quality, and operations

Specify telemetry, analytics, and BI for usage, performance, and test outcomes.
Collaborate with Product Operation team on maintaining & support SLOs/SLIs, capacity plans, incident response expectations, and runbooks with SRE.
Embed PCI DSS requirements, organizational controls, encryption, key management, data retention, and data residency.

Build the business case for inhouse development vs. alternatives: track TCO, unit economics, and ROI: partner with Finance on budget, resourcing, and cost controls.
Performance measurement and continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

- 7+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS/platforms, including platform or developer focused products.
- Deep understanding of payment processing and testing across auth, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and related regulatory/industry standards (PCI DSS, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, EMV, tokenization, digital wallets, 3DS).
- Proven success building platform capabilities inhouse: defining architectures with engineering, establishing APIs/SDKs, and launching multitenant services at scale.
- Demonstrated experience sunsetting legacy tools and migrating diverse user groups to recent platforms with measurable outcomes.
- Expertise with Agile and hybrid delivery models: comfortable with complex, multisquad programs.
- Experience building protocol simulators, payment network emulators, or highfidelity test harnesses.

Experience delivering whitelabel or OEMstyle client experiences, including theming and tenant governance.
Knowledge of data pipelines for test artifacts, lineage, and auditability
