We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer engagement, sales conversions, and operations coordination. A background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are key to success in this role.
Customer Engagement & Sales
Promptly respond to trek inquiries via phone, email, and website.
Assist customers in choosing treks based on fitness level, experience, and season.
Process registrations, manage payment follow-ups, and ensure a seamless booking experience.




Operations & Logistics Coordination
Work closely with operations and logistics teams to update batch availability.
Handle rescheduling and cancellations as per company policies.
Customer Relationship Management
Sales & Promotional Activities
Offer loyalty discounts to returning trekkers.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions.
Coordinate with the finance team for accurate discount application.
Data Management & Reporting
Prepare sales reports, analyze conversion rates, and provide insights on customer preferences and trek demand trends.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM sales tools.
