Job Description
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our Business Development & Customer Relations team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls using a dialer system.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company's dialer system.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate call records and daily reports.
- Work towards assigned calling targets and performance goals.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and confidence in customer communication.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred.
- Freshers may apply if they are comfortable working on a dialer system.
- Skilled communication and interpersonal skills.
- A disciplined, target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
