Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Accounts & Billing Executive for one of our reputed clients in the furniture and home furnishing retail industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in billing and invoicing, and the ability to independently manage daily showroom accounts while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom billing, invoicing and accounting transactions.
- Handle customer payments through cash, card, UPI and other approved payment methods.
- Maintain sales and purchase registers, ledgers and daily cash reports.
- Perform bank, payment and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices and assist with GST-related documentation.
- Maintain stock-related accounting records and coordinate inventory reconciliation.
- Operate Tally Prime or other accounting/ERP software.
- Resolve customer billing and payment-related queries.




- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist walk-in customers with basic product enquiries when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate, preferably B.Com or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or billing experience.
- Prior experience in retail, showroom billing, furniture, home décor or consumer durables preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and GST invoicing.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a showroom environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays with a weekly off on a weekday.

Important Information

This is primarily an Accounts & Billing role, not a sales-target-based position. Candidates should, however, be comfortable supporting customer interactions and showroom operations whenever required.
