Working day: 6 days per week Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Product Consultant (PC)

. You will welcome and advise hotel owners, General Managers, purchase managers, interior designers and architects, delivering a premium, hospitality-standard customer experience and converting store visits and enquiries into sales of our luxury mattresses, beds and bedding products for hotels and resorts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Welcome and assist hospitality clients visiting the store, such as hotel owners, General Managers, purchase and housekeeping managers, understanding their guest-room sleep requirements. 2. Deliver a premium, hospitality-style experience—warm, professional and attentive service at every touchpoint. 3. Present product features and benefits confidently in the store, including mattress technology, materials, comfort levels, durability for hotel use and customization options. 4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management. 5. Invite hotel clients to the store for product demonstrations and trials, and build relationships with hotels, resorts, interior designers, architects and property developers in Udaipur and nearby areas to generate B2B and project sales. 6. Follow up on leads and enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email, and keep accurate customer records in the CRM or sales log. 7. Prepare quotations and proposals for hotel projects, process orders and coordinate with the warehouse/factory team on delivery and installation. 8. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to high-end brand standards, ensuring displays are clean, organized and attractive. 9. Handle after-sales service, customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating where needed. 10. Monitor stock levels and display samples,



and report requirements to the Store Manager. 11. Support in-store events, hospitality client presentations and local marketing activities to attract hotel and resort buyers. 12. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports on client visits, enquiries, conversions and market feedback. 13. Assist in sales training of other employees on DreamMaster (DM) products, features and selling approach, when required. 14. Help at the House of Things (retail store) when required, assisting and advising walk-in customers when they come in. 15. Perform other assignments as directed by the Store Manager or management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. • Hospitality background is preferred (e.g., front office, guest relations, F&B; or sales in hotels/resorts). • Experience selling to Furniture & Hospitality, especially furniture, mattresses, home décor or interiors, is strongly preferred. • Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills with a skilled, wellgroomed appearance. • Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Rajasthani/Mewari is a plus. • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business); experience with CRM or POS systems is an advantage. • Based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur, and able to work weekends and public holidays as per retail schedule. • Immediate availability to start is a strong advantage.
