Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lapse Package Coordinator to manage package expiry cases, coordinate with patients, follow up on pending packages, and ensure timely communication and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Track expired, expiring, and pending patient packages.
- Contact patients regarding package validity, renewals, and pending treatments.
- Coordinate with centre teams, accounts, and patient coordinators.
- Maintain accurate records of package status and follow-up activities.
- Resolve patient queries related to package validity and renewal.
- Prepare regular reports on expired packages, renewals, and follow-ups.




- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve patient engagement and service quality.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, telecalling, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary

Maximum salary: ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Work Location

Progenesis IVF Corporate Office, Thane HQ.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
