Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and study destinations.

Evaluate students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and eligibility to recommend suitable courses and universities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, lead follow-ups, and student enquiries.

Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, available intakes, and application deadlines.

Shortlist suitable universities and courses according to students’ profiles and preferences.

Fill out, prepare, and submit university application forms accurately on behalf of students.

Collect, verify,



and organize academic transcripts, mark sheets, passports, English proficiency scores, and other required documents.

Process applications according to university guidelines and admission deadlines.

Track application status and coordinate with university admission teams regarding admission decisions and offer letters.

Guide students through offer acceptance, tuition fee deposits, visa documentation, and pre-departure formalities.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate student records and update lead and application status in the CRM.

Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams.

Work towards monthly counselling, application, admission, and student conversion targets.
