Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for managing daily logistics and warehouse operations, supervising team members, ensuring timely shipment processing, and achieving operational targets while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Management

- Supervise and guide Process Executives and warehouse staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Manage attendance, shift schedules, and workforce planning.
- Train new employees and support team development.

2. Hub & Warehouse Operations

- Monitor inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure proper segregation.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments.

3. Performance & Target Achievement

- Achieve daily operational targets and productivity KPIs.
- Monitor shipment volumes, processing time, and error rates.
- Reduce shipment damage, misrouting, and operational delays.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports.

4. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.




- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workplace.

5. Coordination & Problem-Solving

- Coordinate with managers, transport teams, and delivery personnel.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and operational challenges.
- Escalate major issues to the reporting manager.
- Support operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate (as per company requirements).
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or team handling; requirements may vary.
- Skills: Team management, communication, problem-solving, MS Excel/basic computer skills, and operational reporting.
- Preferred: Experience in courier, e-commerce, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

- Daily shipment processing and dispatch targets.
- Team productivity and attendance.
- Shipment accuracy and scan compliance.
- On-time processing and dispatch.
- Reduction in damages, losses, and misrouting.
- Compliance with safety standards and SOPs.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
