Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our client's team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining educational programs, and converting potential leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Handle student queries, objections, and negotiations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Student counselling and customer-handling abilities.
- Lead management and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
- Candidates with robust communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
