If you have expertise in B2B sales, packaging solutions, customer relationship management, and business development, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading packaging company. Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in packaging, FMCG, food processing, pharma, and manufacturing industries.
• Generate leads and develop relationships with corporate clients, brands, manufacturers, and packaging companies.
• Promote flexo printing solutions, printed labels, flexible packaging, corrugated packaging, and related products, as applicable.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and production teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipelines,



customer enquiries, order conversion, and collections.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Requirements
• Strong B2B Sales & Industrial Sales experience
• Knowledge of Self-Adhesive Labels / Barcode Labels / Packaging Labels
• Business Development & Lead Generation

Experience:
Packaging Materials, Label Printing, Printing Sales, Packaging Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account, Industrial Sales
• 5–10 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Experience in flexo printing, labels, flexible packaging, or printing and packaging industries preferred.
