We are seeking an experienced Marine Senior Travel Consultant to manage complex travel arrangements for marine, offshore, and crew-based business customers. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, handling incoming requests across multiple communication channels while delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized travel solutions. You will coordinate crew movements, rotations, and travel disruptions within a fast-paced, global operating environment. Beyond managing individual requests, you will anticipate customer needs, provide expert travel advice, and identify opportunities to improve service quality. You will also support colleagues by sharing operational knowledge, providing guidance on procedures, and contributing to team projects and quality management. • Manage incoming customer travel requests through multiple channels, including phone and email, ensuring prompt, accurate, and efficient responses.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, providing professional travel consultation and relevant travel information.
• Coordinate marine, offshore, and crew travel arrangements, including crew movements, rotations, and schedule changes.
• Proactively anticipate potential travel challenges and manage disruptions by identifying appropriate solutions.
• Use relevant travel management tools and systems, including GDS platforms, to process requests and deliver effective travel services.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, customer experience, and commercial relationships.




• Recommend process enhancements and contribute ideas that support service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform quality management activities, including error monitoring, and support operational improvement projects as assigned.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to team members, answering questions and offering guidance on policies, procedures, and operational practices.
• Support and coach other travel consultants when the team leader is unavailable.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global and multi-regional operations teams.
• Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Hands-on expertise in managing crew movements, rotations, and travel disruption scenarios.
• Advanced working knowledge of the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including relevant policies, procedures, and operational processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment and adapt to changing operational priorities.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively within global, multi-regional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, consultation, and problem-resolution abilities.
