The Role

Presidio is seeking a detail-oriented and productive Content Production Specialist to build, style, and maintain content pages and experiences within our Showpad enablement platform. This is a hands-on production role: the primary, day-to-day activity is the accurate and efficient creation of Showpad pages — laying out graphics, formatting copy, uploading and tagging assets, and assembling clean, on-brand, easy-to-navigate experiences for our sales and technical teams.

The ideal candidate is quick, reliable, and has a good eye for visual layout. Deep sales enablement strategy experience is not required — Showpad is learnable within a few days, and success in this role is measured by output quality, consistency, and speed. We are looking for someone personable, organized, and quick to get up to speed, who takes pride in producing polished pages at volume.

Responsibilities include:

Page Creation & Layout (Primary Activity): Build and style Showpad pages — arranging graphics, images, text, and links into clean, consistent, on-brand layouts. This is the core, high-volume function of the role. Content Entry & Assembly: Upload, place, and organize content assets (PDFs, decks, videos, images) into pages and experiences accurately and at pace, including frequent copy-paste and formatting work. Graphics & Visual Formatting: Place, crop, resize,



and align graphics and thumbnails; apply basic image edits so pages look professional and adhere to Presidio brand standards. Tagging & Organization: Apply the established tagging/metadata taxonomy so content is categorized correctly and easy to find; keep folder structures and page navigation tidy and logical. Navigation & Experience Structure: Assemble and update page navigation, sections, and experiences so sellers and technical staff can move through content quickly and intuitively. Quality & Consistency: Proofread and QA pages before publishing — checking links, formatting, spelling, image quality, and brand consistency — to ensure a polished end result. Content Maintenance: Keep pages current: swap outdated assets, fix broken links, archive retired material, and action update requests promptly. Turnaround & Volume: Manage a steady queue of production requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver a high volume of pages on schedule. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with enablement, marketing, and content owners to understand requests, ask clarifying questions, and confirm final output meets expectations.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

Demonstrable production efficiency: Proven ability to produce digital pages, layouts, or content at volume with speed and accuracy.



A portfolio or work samples showing Showpad pages (or comparable web/CMS/DAM/slide layouts) is strongly valued. Robust visual and layout sense: A good eye for spacing, alignment, image placement, and clean, professional-looking pages. Comfort with content platforms and tools: Ease working in web-based content platforms, CMS, DAM, or presentation tools; quick to learn new software (Showpad proficiency is expected within days, not months). Attention to detail: Meticulous about formatting, brand consistency, spelling, and link accuracy. Comfort with repetitive, high-volume work: Able to stay accurate and efficient across frequent copy-paste, upload, and formatting tasks. Basic graphics ability: Comfortable cropping, resizing, and lightly editing images (, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud basics). Organization and follow-through: Able to manage a request queue, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Personable and collaborative: Clear communicator who works well with content owners and stakeholders and asks valuable questions. Fast learner: Gets up to speed quickly on new platforms and processes and applies feedback rapidly.

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience

Hands-on Showpad experience (Content, Experiences, Pages) or experience with a comparable enablement platform such as Highspot or Seismic. Showpad Professional certification (Content Administrator) or willingness to earn it. Experience with digital asset management and content tagging/taxonomy. Familiarity with brand guideline application across templated content. Basic graphic design or production design background. Experience
