Key Responsibilities
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence and assist in preparing transaction-related documents.
• Support the drafting and review of agreements, contracts and other corporate legal documentation.
• Assist in analysing legal and regulatory requirements relevant to corporate transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support the execution of transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assignments. Desired Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law fundamentals.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.




• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
