Operational Management

- Coordinate end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and delivery.
- Monitor shipment milestones, documentation, customs clearance and pending activities.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to customer SOPs and SLAs.

Customer Management

- Address customer queries and operational escalations within agreed timelines.
- Maintain service quality through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Cost & Performance Management
- Monitor operational costs, productivity and resource utilization.
- Ensure timely job closure, billing coordination and cost control.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHAs and other service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve service-related issues.

Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and drive process improvements.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and overseas offices for seamless operations.
- Support customer onboarding, business handovers and operational feasibility assessments.
