- Assist in conducting statutory audits of companies across various industries under the guidance of seniors and managers.

- Prepare and maintain audit working papers, supporting schedules, and documentation as per the firm's audit methodology.

- Assist in checking financial statements with reference to applicable accounting standards and Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.

- Support the audit team in gathering information and documentation required for CARO reporting and compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

- Coordinate with client personnel for obtaining audit documents, financial data, and necessary clarifications under the guidance of seniors.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned audit procedures and report pending matters, discrepancies,



and observations to the reporting senior.

- Participate in client visits and work collaboratively with the audit team to ensure the smooth execution of audit assignments.

Requirements

Qualification
- CA Inter Both Groups cleared

- Strong academic background preferred
