Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The BDA will identify and qualify new business opportunities in the education and EdTech space, conduct outreach to potential clients, and build relationships with schools, institutions, and other partners.

Responsibilities include presenting AKRENIX SOLUTIONS’ products and services, conducting product demos, gathering client requirements,



and coordinating with internal teams to support proposals and customized solutions. The BDA will track leads, maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and support strategic initiatives to grow market presence. This role involves regular collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development activities with overall company goals.

- Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, interpersonal interaction, and stakeholder engagement.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or EdTech/education sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, meet targets ethically, and collaborate across teams is expected.
