About the role

You are the final checkpoint before anything goes live for our clients. You own on-time publishing and error-free content across 10–15 brand accounts. Not a strategy role — this is for someone who executes, checks, and closes.

What you'll own

- Approve every caption, post and creative before it publishes: spelling, grammar, brand names, facts, tags, links, crops.
- Own the monthly content calendar for each client: locked by the 25th of the prior month, with 7–14 days of content scheduled in advance.
- Run the delivery tracker (brief → design → copy → internal approval → client approval → scheduled → live), chase every owner and client, escalate early, and keep posts on time.
- Build and maintain a style sheet for each client (brand terms, product names, tone, words to avoid).




- Rewrite weak copy so it fits premium design and luxury brands.
- Report planned vs published and errors caught each week, directly to leadership.

Who you are
- Ex-sub-editor, copy editor, journalist, or content/QC lead at an agency or publication. Design or lifestyle media is a big plus.
- Exceptional English; you can't let a typo pass.
- You take ownership: no blaming clients or the team, you find the fix.
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, Google Sheets, Canva and Grammarly.
