Most of the day is chat and email in German: how do I add a client, why hasn't this article published, where is last month's report. You answer fast, fix what you can yourself, and hand the rest to the product team in English with everything they need.

What you will do

- Answer partner questions in German, in chat and email within the hour, and by phone when it's quicker.
- Fix the common problems yourself: publishing, access, reports, billing questions.
- Write up anything you can't fix, in English, so the product team can reproduce it first time.
- Keep the German help centre current. If you answered the same question twice, it becomes an article.
- Spot patterns. Ten tickets about the same button is product feedback, and you bring it.

What you bring

- German at C1, written and spoken. Goethe-Zertifikat C1, TestDaF, or years of living or working in German.




- English at B2 or better. Your write-ups for the product team are in English.
- A year or more in software support, a help desk or a customer-facing job. German-language support counts double.
- Calm under a queue, and exact in writing. German business customers notice both.
- Shifts that cover German office hours, roughly 9 to 6 Central European Time.
