Role Description The Graphic Designer will create visual assets that communicate Xtovia’s brand identity across digital and print channels, including social media creatives, packaging elements, marketing collateral, and website graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing layouts, refining typography, and producing logos and branding elements aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals and to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

The Graphic





Designer will also prepare production-ready files, manage feedback loops, and stay current with design trends relevant to beauty and personal care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to produce aesthetically balanced and readable designs.
- Advanced use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- NIFT & NID candidate Preferred.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take constructive feedback, and iterate designs efficiently.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in consumer brands, preferably beauty, personal care, or lifestyle.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in office in Hyderabad.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
