Responsibilities:

- 8-10+ years of experience in hardware design and electronic product development.
- Strong experience in component selection, schematic design, hardware validation, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience performing design analysis including Power, Thermal, Reliability, and Signal Integrity.
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills at board and system level.
- Experience in at least 2 complete NPI projects from concept through product release.
- Required experience with EN/UL regulatory certification testing and compliance activities.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, UL864, EN54, FCC, or fire industry products will be an added advantage.
- Experience in setting up and executing pre-compliance and certification tests.
- Ability to understand hardware designs, identify certification test failures, perform thorough root-cause analysis, and implement effective design fixes to achieve compliance.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
