Inviting Candidates for Management Trainee / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Integration

Responsibilities :-

Recruitment Delivery & Candidate Experience

- Own the end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience with close attention to detail, giving candidates and hiring leaders a positive, inclusive, and efficient process.
- Manage high-volume sourcing and first-level screening across job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting, with fast candidate engagement and tight funnel management.
- Run interview scheduling, job postings, candidate communications, and the offer process cleanly across high-volume roles.
- Carry out local market mapping and community sourcing, and use talent pools to match candidate preferences to requisitions across brands.

Hiring Leader & Stakeholder Partnering





- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders across the recruitment lifecycle, and coach and influence hiring leaders on recruitment best practice and their own recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the client to understand workforce needs and role requirements, and develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet them.
- Act as the operational interface for client-side HR and TA partners – join status calls, share trackers and reports, and communicate proactively.
- Serve as the first escalation point, managing exceptions and high-priority cases through to resolution.

Candidate & Brand Advocacy

- Create robust candidate advocacy for the brands, and provide timely, constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

Compliance, SLA & Continuous Improvement

- Keep recruitment processes consistent and hold strict recruitment compliance, quality standards, and SLA adherence.
- Identify and escalate risks in the recruitment process.
- Drive process improvements and SOP development, and embed system changes to lift efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting & Insights

- Track sourcing and first-level screening KPIs – status, funnel, and success ratio – and prepare regular reports with actionable insight for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

- Work as one team to hit Talent Acquisition service-delivery goals, and build a collaborative environment across Service Delivery and the wider business.




- Understand how personal performance goals ladder up to Talent Acquisition objectives, actively pursue personal development, and bring the purpose, values, and ways of working to every interaction.

Qualifications :-

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
