About Harcorp Industries

Harcorp Industries is a deep tech company working on some of the hardest problems in science and technology: Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), advanced material science, and quantum communications. We are now launching our first AI products:

- HARCODE: a voice-first coding assistant for developers that works in the terminal, by voice or chat
- HARCORP AI Platform: a desktop app, powered by HARC-OM, with an interface that adapts to the task at hand

We’re a small, focused team building from India for the world, and we’re looking for our first Motion Graphics Designer. You’ll build Harcorp’s visual identity from a blank page and decide how a frontier-tech company looks, moves and sounds.

What You’ll Do

- Run a discovery session with the founders and team to understand the brand vision before any design work starts
- Build our brand kit: logo, colour palette, typography, graphic elements, motion principles, and reusable templates for social and video
- Create website visuals for our launch sites: hero animations, product visuals and section graphics
- Produce weekly content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube Shorts: about 4 motion videos (motion graphics, animated explainers and product demos), 2 carousels and 3 static visuals a week
- Turn screen recordings, terminal sessions and code into polished, engaging product videos like tactical and FUI design styles
- Work with engineers, product and marketing to explain complex deep tech ideas clearly
- Iterate on feedback quickly, and prepare and export files for every platform we publish on
- Keep a well-organised library of brand assets, project files and templates

Skills We’re Looking For

- Solid motion design skills, with a portfolio that shows polished animation and visual storytelling
- Graphic design and brand identity work,



including at least one brand built from the ground up
- Advanced skills in After Effects, plus Figma, Illustrator or Photoshop
- Moderate video editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve: cutting footage, pacing, adding music and sound, and exporting for each platform
- The ability to understand technical content and turn it into clear, engaging visuals
- Excellent communication and time management, and comfort working remotely without reminders
- Nice to have: 3D skills (Blender or Cinema 4D) and experience with AI, SaaS, developer-tool or scientific brands

Experience

2+ years of professional motion design work. A degree or training in design, animation, media arts or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio matters more than credentials.

Working Model and Hours

- First 3 months: remote, followed by an initial performance review
- After the review: on-site at our Gurgaon office
- Monday to Friday, 8–9 hours a day, during Indian Standard Time (IST) working hours
- Each working day starts with a short written update to the team
