? Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite in KSA and Remote from India

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP ECC HCM to S/4HANA migration activities.
- Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll.
- Handle payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, data migration, and reconciliation.
- Support Saudi Arabia payroll requirements and statutory processes.
- Manage testing, parallel payroll runs, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

? Mandatory Requirements ✅ 8+ years of SAP HCM experience.

✅ Solid hands-on experience in SAP HCM migration projects.





✅ Proven SAP HCM Payroll implementation experience.

✅ Knowledge of Saudi Arabia payroll requirements.

✅ Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.

✅ Willingness to travel to KSA for several months and work remotely from India during other project phases.
