About the Job: The role will involve coordinating with contractors, customers, and internal teams, monitoring project progress, resolving technical and site-related issues, preparing site reports, and ensuring proper execution of installation, maintenance, and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· The Site Engineer should be responsible for taking accurate site measurements, recommending suitable products to customers, and assessing the feasibility of the proposed solutions. He should also oversee the installation and commissioning of the products and provide the necessary training to end users.

· Candidate should be capable to review engineering designs, validate specifications, and ensure technical precision.

· Read the Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensuring that materials are supplied as per the BOQ and execution based on site conditions.





· Collaborate with the sales team to develop site-specific solutions that meet customer requirements.

· Conduct site visits to take measurements, monitor installation progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

· Address customer queries and technical issues promptly and professionally.

· Coordinate with teams and contractors by serving as a liaison among designers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations

· Ensure proper installation and maintenance of products as per company installation instructions and technical guidelines.

· Identify potential design or installation issues and propose corrective actions.

· Provide post-sales technical support to the clients.

· Apply relevant Indian and EN standards as per company in all site engineering activities.

· Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, technical resolutions, and customer interactions.

The candidate must possess strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations. Each site visit report should be generated and thoroughly explained to the immediate reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

· BE in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

· 2 years of relevant experience in site execution, project execution, or construction-related activities.

· Hands-on experience in site/project execution, preferably with exposure to planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of project activities.

· Strong understanding of engineering drawings, site procedures, safety requirements, and project timelines.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
