Role Description The Sr.

Marketing

Manager / Trade Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. This role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, product availability, and sales performance in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include market planning, coordinating with sales teams, managing trade schemes and promotions, and overseeing in-store visibility and activation activities.

The role involves analyzing market data, monitoring competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business planning. The Sr.

Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage budgets for trade marketing programs, and ensure timely reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Market Planning and Trade Marketing, with the ability to design and implement effective channel and retail strategies.
- Experience in Business Planning and Sales, including forecasting, target setting, and supporting field teams to achieve revenue and distribution goals.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, measuring campaign effectiveness, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Proven experience in FMCG, dairy, beverages, or related consumer goods industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, travel within the region as required, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
