Job Title: Store Manager – Play Ville
Location: Spectrum Mall, Noida

Play Ville is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our kids’ entertainment centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and child safety.
Drive sales, birthday party bookings, and revenue growth.
Oversee café operations, inventory, billing, and cash handling.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and daily reporting.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
