We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and manage recruitment activities, identify qualified candidates, and help us build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Explore new sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment, job portals, and applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring requirements.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
