Job Title: Trade Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a agile, execution-driven Trade Marketing Lead to strengthen MARS Cosmetics' visibility and presence across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). The role requires strong ownership of in-store branding, visual merchandising, vendor management and trade marketing execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Trade Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility, retail presence and in-store conversions.
- In-Store Branding: Lead execution of shop boards, backwalls, display units, counters, POSM and other retail branding assets.
- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate and manage branding agencies, fabricators and installation partners across India.
- Execution Excellence: Ensure timely installations, quality standards, cost efficiency and consistent branding across retail outlets.
- Retail Visibility & Merchandising:



Develop scalable merchandising solutions and improve product visibility across GT and MT channels.
- Budget & Performance: Own trade marketing budgets, monitor execution effectiveness and drive measurable ROI.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design and regional teams to drive retail execution.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5–10 years of experience in trade marketing, retail branding or visual merchandising.
- Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-location retail branding projects.
- Excellent vendor negotiation, project management and commercial skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful and highly execution-oriented.
- Comfortable travelling across India to oversee key projects.
