The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to implement solutions.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Support project execution through requirement definition, testing, and user acceptance validation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform market, competitor,



and industry research to support business initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or Project Management.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or corporate strategy is preferred.
