We are expanding our ground operations in Rajasthan and looking for dynamic, result-driven Team Leaders to spearhead merchant acquisition and business development for our Google processes.

? Work Locations:

- Kotputli Cluster: Kotputli, Paota, Patan, Shahpura, Manoharpur & surrounding areas.
- Viratnagar Cluster: Viratnagar, Narayanpur, Thanagaji & surrounding areas.

? Key Portfolios & Responsibilities:
- Drive shop-to-shop merchant acquisition for Google Pay (QR & Soundbox deployment).
- Scale merchant visibility through Google Ads solutions.
- Cross-sell retail/merchant Insurance Products.
- Manage daily beat plans, team attendance, productivity tracking, and field reporting.

? Candidate Requirements:
- Proven background in Fintech, digital payments, or financial services field sales.
- Mandatory:



Must be able to onboard and deploy with an active team of 10+ Field Sales Executives.
- Solid geographical understanding of Kotputli and Viratnagar rural/semi-urban belts.
- Must possess a two-wheeler, valid driving license, and an Android smartphone.
