Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience with modern APIs, databases, and messaging platforms, along with frontend expertise using React-based technologies. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices. Build responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks. Design efficient database solutions and optimize application performance. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability and scalability. Data modeling and indexing Messaging & Integration (Primary) RabbitMQ Apache Pulsar Event-driven architectures Asynchronous messaging Frontend Development (Secondary) React Lit (LitElement/Web Components) JavaScript (ES6+) TypeScript HTML5/CSS3 Application Engineering (Preferred) Application scalability and performance tuning Distributed systems fundamentals Observability concepts (logging, metrics, tracing) Monitoring and logging tools such as Recent Relic, Graylog, and Loki API security and authentication TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS Reverse proxies and web servers (NGINX or equivalent) Basic networking concepts (DNS, SSL/TLS, load balancing) Platform & Development Tools Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS Linux and Windows environments Git Visual Studio Code Jira Confluence draw.io Experience with ticket/work management tools Soft Skills Strong logical and analytical thinking Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Effective verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ownership and commitment to quality Agile Experience Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and retrospectives Technical documentation and collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and draw.io Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience developing enterprise-scale applications. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
