We are looking for a results-driven Senior Social Media Manager who knows how to turn content into views, engagement, and a growing community—organically.

What You'll Own

Grow organic views and reach across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Build strategies to increase followers and subscribers organically.

Develop high-performing Reels, Shorts, videos, and social media content.

Identify viral trends, content opportunities, and audience insights.

Improve watch time, retention, shares, and engagement.

Build and execute a consistent content calendar.

Track performance and continuously optimise content strategies.

✅ Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in organic social media growth.

Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels,



and Facebook video distribution.

A track record of growing views, followers, and subscribers without relying solely on paid promotions.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Creative thinking, trend awareness, and excellent execution skills.
