What You’ll Own:? Build and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & more.

? Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, influencer collaborations & UGC strategies that actually move the needle.

? Collaborate with design & video teams to deliver high-quality, thumb-stopping content.

? Use data to drive decisions — measure engagement, audience insights & ROI to optimize strategy.





? Keep the brand ahead of the curve with trend spotting, platform innovations & viral formats.

We’re Looking For:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media growth & strategy, ideally in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- A deep understanding of platform algorithms, content hooks, and audience psychology.
- Proven success in scaling social channels organically & via paid collabs.
- A creative mind that balances aesthetic storytelling with performance outcomes.
- Bonus if you’ve built personal or brand pages that have scaled to 100k+ followers.
