Job Summary: The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order management while supporting customers and internal business teams. The role involves coordinating service activities, maintaining SAP data, processing customer inquiries, managing order execution, and supporting pricing and commercial approvals. The incumbent will work closely with marine and navy customers to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and prompt order management and processing.

- Respond to customer and internal business team inquiries in a timely manner.

- Maintain and update customer, service, and order-related data in SAP.

- Coordinate service activities and support field service operations.

- Assist in preparing and implementing account plans to achieve customer, operational, and financial objectives.





- Support special price concession requests and approval processes.

- Monitor order status and ensure timely execution and closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance.

- Generate reports and maintain service documentation.

Preferred Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, Order Management, or Inside Sales.

- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Exposure to Marine, Navy, Industrial Services, Fire & Safety, or Engineering Services industries is preferred.

- Robust coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
