Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IBM DataStage Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ETL and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM DataStage, SQL, data warehousing, and data migration projects, with the ability to build scalable and high-performance data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses.
- Develop and maintain DataStage jobs, sequences, reusable components, and job parameterization.
- Perform data analysis, data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Troubleshoot ETL performance issues and optimize data processing workflows.
- Support data migration, data conversion, and integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users, data architects, and application teams to understand requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency,



and governance standards are met.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
