- Experience 2-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce consulting, or CRM transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud LSC.
- Experience in Patient Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Patient CRM domains is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents BRDs, Functional Requirements Documents FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Prepare Salesforce Configuration Specification Documents to support development and configuration activities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designs. Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, SITUAT testing, deployment validation, and change management activities.
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams,



and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Salesforce platform knowledge Health CloudLSC preferred.
- Solid business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience writing BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Ability to create Salesforce configuration and solution design documentation.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, workflows, Flows, reports, dashboards, and CRM processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud andor Life Sciences Cloud preferred.

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Patient Services, Case Management, Care Programs, or Patient CRM processes is a plus.
