Role Description
This is a full-time job for a Sales Leader at Delight Snacki Foods & Co. The Sales Leader will manage and lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through targeted customer engagements.
Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions for the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's mission of delivering high-quality snacks worldwide.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in leading and Training sales teams to achieve goals
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Knowledge of the snack or food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in work from home tools and techniques
