What would you do?

- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data or reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data.
- This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making.
- The General Ledger Accounting team focuses on maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger, resolving accounting queries,



and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable accounting
- Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments and reclassifications
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities as per the close calendar
- Perform flux. variance analysis on P&L; and balance sheet
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations and investigate open items What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Account Reconciliations - P1
- Good understanding of GL accounting, chart of accounts and double-entry bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and or IFRS
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S 4HANA or Oracle; exposure to BlackLine is an added advantage
- Ability to meet strict period-end close deadlines
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills Roles and Responsibilities:
