Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with relevant stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job openings on appropriate platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities,



and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices to meet organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment portals, and basic HR documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent pipeline development and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain confidentiality and fairness in hiring decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior recruitment experience in technology or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local labor regulations and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring is beneficial.
